Poll the backend /api/setup/status and show a Setup screen until data,
auth, and backend readiness are confirmed. Remove the manual
setup_auth.py and setup_eve_data.py scripts superseded by the automated
setup endpoints.

Add a Go implementation mirroring the Python pipeline (loader, graph,
pathfinder, arbitrage, market, route, manager) under internal/core, with
ESI client/API integration and setup endpoints. Reuses backend/src as
the working directory so existing data/cache paths keep working.

- Transitioned primary ESI networking and dataset initialization to `asyncio` and `aiohttp` for non-blocking I/O.
- Introduced `aiosqlite` utilizing an in-memory database to significantly speed up arbitrage querying.
